For the last couple weeks we've been trying to get our yard looking nice again. And surprisingly after spending forever raking our grass to get all the old stuff off and bring up the new grass it is finally looking nice. However we weren't to sure about our two trees out front. Randomly I looked out the window and noticed both our trees are actually doing well. I was getting worried last week when the branches were so brittle and dry with not a single bloom on them. But now after some water and sunshine they're doing so well. Makes me glad we didn't get any duds.

MEXICO
Since Bryan completed his Fourth year of school and is officially a journeyman, we decided to take a vacation to celebrate. We found really good deals to Mexico and Cuba, and through the process of elimination we decided on Puerto Vallarta Mexico. As of June 5th we will be laying under the sun on the beach enjoying +35. We are super excited to just relax and get away! We will be staying at the Royal Decameron hotel, for 7 days.
Summer Deal
All week Old Navy was advertising their summer sale, for $1.00 flip flops. Of course it was a one day sale, so we headed to the mall to do some shopping. And what do you know.. it was Crazy in their... so many people with piles of flip flops in their hands. Sadly most the super cute ones were already taken by the time we got their. We did get a great deal... you can't go wrong with a price like that. I got 5 flip flops and Bryan got 4. So for the 9 flip flops we paid $9.45. Don't you wish everything was that cheap!
Now with our collection of flip flops we're ready for Puerto Vallarta on June 5th!

Developing Film
For my birthday I got a film camera and so I decided that maybe I would try developing film. So we went to the camera store and got the necessities to develop film. It is actually really fun. To bad we don't have an enlarger so I still have to take my negatives to someplace to be printed. But who knows some day maybe I'll find a really good deal on an enlarger since they are super pricey :(
But good thing Bryan helped me mix the chemicals since its all math and ratio's and he is much much better at that than me. I never thought I would like developing negatives but it is so cool knowing that I made those pictures on the negatives and that I control how dark or light they will be. Here are a couple pictures..
PS. it is pretty time consuming for some of the steps.
Easton & Irelands Birthday!!
Irelands awesome cake that Crystal made!!
She did an excellent job, it really turned out cute.

We celebrated Ireland turning 4 on April 17th, and Easton turning 5 on April 22. They both were so excited for their birthday and started the count down weeks before. On Friday the 28th they had their friend birthday in the play place at Genesis Place. They had lots of fun with their friends, and it actually wasn't that crazy with so many kids running around.
