Legacy and his Root beer Slurpee

We had bought a root beer Slurpee, and the whole time we were drinking it Legacy was eyeing it. He wanted to hold it and try to eat the cup. We gave him just a little taste.. he really didn't like it. But he Loved holding the cup and trying to eat it.

Halloween mini photoshoot

Since I didn't get many pictures on Halloween, the next day it was really warm so I took some photos of Legacy in his Robot costume. I wanted to get some of him in his Monster costume but eventually Legacy had enough of playing dress up.

Legacy's First Halloween

We started off the night with trick or treating at Auntie Gabriela and Uncle Ranger Lee's house. They made cute little goodies bags with baby crackers, he can't eat them yet but very soon he can. We then headed off to Grandma and Papa Falk's to Trick or Treat. Sadly my camera battery died so I didn't get many pictures at all. Then we came home and Trick or Treated to some of our neighbours. Then spent the rest of the night handing out candy. Legacy did very well, I'm So excited for next year when he can walk and understand a little more.

Carving Pumpkins

The Saturday before Halloween we went to our friends house to carve some pumpkins. We decided to do a really simple pumpkin. Bryan did pretty much all of it. I gut the pumpkin and he carves it all. It turned out pretty nice. Maybe next year we will be more ambitious, I always have really cool idea's but never really want to spend the time to do them.

Bass Pro Shop

The weeks before Halloween, the bass pro shop had trick or treating, crafts and pictures. We went with some friends to get some pictures and have some fun. Legacy wore his Robot costume, and looked adorable.

First & Second Teeth

On October 14Th, Legacy's First tooth finally cut through . We knew he had been teething for a long while, then finally it cut through one week after he turned four months. He had a pretty rough cranky week... poor guy. But he didn't seem to feel much better after the first one, then sure enough one week later his second tooth cut through. I was sure glad he started to feel better and after a week or two his sleeping habits started to go back to normal. He looks so much older with his two teeth. I've been trying to get some pictures of them for a while, but when I put my finger in his mouth he will move his tongue over his teeth. And when he is smiling I will run and grab the camera and then he will play shy. Having his teeth did cure his thumb sucking habit quite quickly, he realized they were sharp and really hurt. These are the best pictures i've got so far..

Legacy in October

First time he actually started playing with this toy, before he only listened to the sounds and songs it made, now he reaches for it and grabs the butterfly.

Yay New Pajamas!!

Legacy's new Love.. Bouncing and Jumping. He gets So happy in this and would stay in here all day if we'd let him. Big Thanks to Corrine for lending it to us. A little while ago Legacy actually started to enjoy the play saucer, and he stands in it rather than just sitting (which he used to do), he likes to lean forward to grab the toys and he likes to press the music buttons. Another big Thanks to Erica for lending us this... I swear we do have some of our own things haha

First time using his 3 in 1 high chair.. still hard to believe he is big enough to be in this..

Here are some pictures of Legacy in October. I know so many pictures, but you wouldn't believe how many photos I have of this little guy. It literally takes me hours to go through them all to pick which ones to put up here. All I have to say is Thank Goodness for digital cameras...we'd be broke if we had to use film. Well Legacy is sure growing fast and amazes me each day, his little brain is like a sponge, learning or doing something new and having new reactions to everything all the time. Oh Motherhood is just so precious that all my time gets to be spent with him.
