Newborn Photo Shoots

When Legacy was 2 weeks (and allot smaller) I did some photos shoot of him (with the help of Gabriela) and never got around to posting them. Here are a couple of my favorites :)

Camping

A couple weeks ago we joined my Mom & Dad, Ranger Lee, Gabriela, Crystal, Easton, Ireland, Clayton, Styder, Blaze & Natanya at Kananaskis for a big family camping trip. Mom, Gabriela and Ranger Lee had been there a couple days and the rest a little bit to before we arrived on Friday. We had two joined camp sites and then one across the street which is the site Bryan, Legacy and I had. We were just planning on staying the night and seeing how it went, but Legacy did so well Friday night we decided to stay for Saturday night and came home on Sunday afternoon. We went the amphitheatre shows (which were really cute), we went to upper lake on Saturday to hang out. Bryan and I wanted to take the canoe out and Ranger got in the middle to fish, we had barley left the shore and then we went all wobbly and tipped over.. the water was SO cold. We decided to try again and this time took Easton out too, and go pretty far out.. and what do you know we started wobbling and then tipped over.. once again in the Freezing water. We also had a big water fight at the Bolton Creek which was really fun. On Sunday before we left we went on a hike.. which was actually allot harder than we thought it was especially for a 7 week old and then for me especially. But we made it :) Camping was allot of fun and Legacy did So well, we're so proud of him and hope he will love Camping like I do.

Hail Storm

A couple Friday's ago we were getting ready to head off camping. We were upstairs getting a few more things when we heard what sounded like someone throwing rocks at our house. We looked out the window and realized it was hailing... but not little normal ones.. they were Huge. It looked like the ground was covered in snow, and they left huge dents in our cars :( I don't think I've ever seen hail so big.

Legacy is two months old

On August 7Th Legacy turned two months. I can't believe how fast these past two months went by. I have loved every second of it and wouldn't trade the sleepless nights for anything. Legacy is growing up so fast and getting so big. On August 8Th he had his two month vaccinations. He did so well and only cried a little bit, he's such a tough little guy. I think I ended up crying more than he did. He now weights 13.5 lbs and is 23.5 inches long. He is already wearing 3-6 month clothes, its so sad putting away his newborn and 0-3 clothes. I hope time doesn't keep going this fast, or pretty soon my baby boy wont be a baby anymore. These are a couple of things Legacy loves to do.....Eat, Cry, Sleep, Sit up, Stand, Pull my hair, Shower, Listen to music (especially his daddy playing guitar), Swing in his chair, Talk, & Smile.. the first three are his absolute favorite. We love Legacy and couldn't have asked for a more perfect son!
