On Friday we went Bryan`s Parents house for Easter Dinner. I was in charge of desert, and decided to make something festive. So I made some Easter Bunnies, they turned out really cute, but took a long time to make since I did four of them. Here are a couple pictures...

You take a round cake, cut it in half, put the two halves together with icing. Cut a notch 3/4 the way up where you want the face to be. Then put icing all over the sides, put coconut on all the sides ( add food colouring in a bag with coconut beforehand if you want a different colour) use marshmellows for the tail. Use little marshmellows for the teeth, cut a marshmellow diagonally for the ears and place them on a point, cut another marshmellow in half for the cheeks. then use jellybeans for the eyes and nose.
